"My name is Dr. Thomas Lucky. I am an integrative medical physician in Canton, MS. I saw a client of 82 years of age who had severe issues with her blood pressure, as well as her blood sugar for many, many years. She takes multiple medications for blood pressure, as well as blood sugar, without any real response. She is medically resistant to her diet, which makes this more significant. For example, her blood sugar would range from 250- 300; and very rarely less than 200. She was advised to start insulin shots, which would be an inconvenience to her. Around December 2023, she began eating the fermented black garlic at one clove 3 times a day. We checked her blood sugar before and after eating the black garlic. After eating the first clove, her blood sugar decreased by 40 points in less than 30 minutes. We continued her on the serving size of one clove 3 times a day. Just three months later, without changing her medication, her blood sugar rarely climbs over 200, if she allows too much sugar in her diet. Her blood pressure has, also improved. Before taking the black garlic her systolic blood pressure ranged from 160- 170 range, but now runs 110- 140 range. The graph below demonstrates these improvements.
